Finding the perfect apartment can be a challenge, especially if you have furry friends. At Lodge at Croasdaile Farm, we understand the unique bond between people and pets, and that's why we offer pet friendly apartments. We welcome your pet with open arms and a scratch behind the ear with our community dog park.

We hope after visiting Lodge at Croasdaile Farm, you and your furry friend will both sit, stay, and lay down night after night at our Durham apartments.

Pet Policy

  • Pet Limit 3 (2 dogs max)
  • Pet Rent $20 per pet
  • Non-refundable pet fee:
    • First Pet $250
    • Second Pet $100
    • Third Pet $100
  • No Weight Limit!
